Our surgery hours are as follows:

Appointments

Every effort is made to ensure that our appointment schedule does not become so heavily booked that we cannot attend to your treatment as soon as possible. We can normally commence treatment shortly after an examination visit.

To organise an appointment please telephone the practice on (01463) 234598.

Alternatively e-mail us at dentist@castle-house.net suggesting what times and days are most convenient for you. We will return your e-mail (or phone if you prefer) offering a reserved appointment to you. Once you confirm that the appointment is convenient to you this is a confirmed booking.

Charges will usually be made for appointments that are not kept, or are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Whilst every effort is made to see patients as close to their appointment times as possible we do sometimes run late. This is normally due to accommodating emergency patients, or procedures proving to be more complicated than anticipated. We apologise for this and thank you for your understanding.
