We are confidant that our service and facilities will not be the cause of any complaint. However we do not wish to become complacent about the views and feelings of our patients.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the dentist, or any of the staff working in the practice, please see the receptionist who will be able to help you.

We operate a practice complaints procedure for dealing with complaints. Our complaint procedure adheres to national criteria.

We always try to react positively to criticism to further improve the high quality service that we strive to provide.
